Registration
To register with talkConmigo and to become a talkConmigo member you must be at least 16 years of age and you must fill in all mandatory fields in the registration forms with true and accurate information.
Restrictions on Use
The service provided by talkConmigo is for personal and non-commercial use. It is not to be used for professional purposes such as promoting products and or services.
Members are not to display their own, or other people's email addresses, telephone numbers or any other information considered personal or private in their profile page or any other section of the site.
Members should not use profanatory, racist or any hateful language. Any such remarks will result in immediate closure of accounts. While we endeavor to police and prevent such behaviour, talkConmigo is not responsible for any remarks or posting made by individual members.
Restriction of Liability
talkConmigo will not be liable for any direct, indirect or exemplary damages including but not limited to, damages to loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or intangible losses, resulting from:
- the use or the inability to use talkConmigo
- the cost of goods or services resulting from any goods, data procured via the talkConmigo website.
- statements or conduct of any third party

Submissions
Any content you submit to talkConmigo becomes the property of talkConmigo.
talkConmigo members are also required to read and accept the Privacy Policy as part of the Conditions of Use
